Refund and Cancellation Policy

Oryx Peak is a brand. If you are in the United States (or anywhere outside Qatar), your contract is with Webazzar LLC, an Ohio limited liability company. If you are in Qatar, your contract is with Tobalin for Artificial Intelligence Solutions, a company registered in Qatar under commercial registration number 252739. In these terms, "we", "us" and "Oryx Peak" mean whichever of those companies serves you.

1. How plans work

Monthly plans are month to month, billed in advance, with no minimum term. Website and per-listing fees are one-time fees. Free trials and free samples cost nothing and never turn into a paid plan unless you accept one.

2. Refunds

Because work starts as soon as you pay, fees are not refundable except under our guarantees:

• First 30 days: if you're not happy working with us, tell us in writing within 30 days of your start date and we refund or waive your first month's fee.
• AI receptionist: fewer than 10 qualified calls in your first 30 days of paid service (for businesses with at least 20 calls a month reaching it) means that month's fee is refunded or waived.
• Photos, video and social videos: we redo work you're not happy with, rather than refund it.
• Websites: once you approve a design, the website fee is not refundable.
• SEO: if there's no measurable ranking movement in 90 days, we keep working free until there is, rather than refund.

Refunds go back to the original payment method (US) or by bank transfer to the account that paid (Qatar), within 10 working days of approval.

3. How to cancel

Email hello@oryxpeak.com from the address on your account with 30 days' notice. We confirm within 2 working days. Service continues, and is billed, until the end of the notice period, and then stops. There is no cancellation fee, and everything you own stays yours.

4. Late or failed payment

If a payment fails or an invoice is more than 7 days overdue, we may pause services until it is paid. We'll always tell you first.

5. Disputes and chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Most issues are fixed within a few days. A chargeback on a valid charge may lead us to suspend services while it is reviewed.
