Photos and video for property questions
Is a walkthrough-style video a 3D tour?
No. It's a short video animated from your listing photos, with smooth camera movement between rooms. It isn't a 3D scan of the property, and we describe it honestly.
Will buyers or guests feel misled?
No. We only improve lighting, color, clutter and framing. We never add furniture, rooms, views or features that aren't there, and we never hide real damage.
Is it allowed on listing sites?
Accurate enhancement is fine. If you want virtual staging, many platforms require it to be labeled, and we'll tell you how.
How do I send the photos?
By email, WhatsApp or a shared folder link. Original files from your phone or camera work best.
