I was the client first.
I run Green Vista Living, an online store selling off-grid solar, saunas and outdoor-wellness products. Those are the same products your customers research before they call you, and the same searches they type into Google.
Growing that business, I hired agencies and fired agencies. I got reports full of activity and very little ranking. I watched leads get resold to three competitors. Eventually I learned to rank the business myself, with my own money on the line.
