This Privacy Policy explains how Webazzar LLC, doing business as Oryx Peak ("Oryx Peak," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit oryxpeak.com (the "Site") or use our services. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

Information you give us

• Contact details you submit through our forms, chat, or booking tools, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, and city.
• Communications you send us by email, live chat, or during calls.
• Client and billing information if you become a client, including business details and the information needed to provide our services.

Information collected automatically

• Usage and device data such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring pages, and time spent, collected through analytics tools.
• Cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.

Payment information

When you pay for our services, your card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Braintree, a PayPal service. We do not store your full card number on our servers. Braintree's handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries and provide the information or services you request;
• Provide, operate, and improve our services and the Site;
• Process payments and manage your account and subscription;
• Send you service-related communications, and, where permitted, occasional marketing messages you can opt out of;
• Analyze how the Site is used so we can improve it;
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

3. Our Basis for Processing

We process your information to perform our contract with you, with your consent (which you can withdraw), to comply with the law, and for our legitimate business interests such as improving our services and preventing fraud.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers who help us operate, such as our payment processor (Braintree), analytics providers (Google Analytics), live-chat provider (Tawk.to), scheduling tools, email and hosting providers, and our SEO fulfillment platform, each only to the extent needed to perform their function;
• To comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights, safety, and property;
• In connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When it is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.

6. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Residents of California and certain other jurisdictions have specific rights, including the right to know what information we collect and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. 7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including serving the Site over HTTPS and relying on trusted third parties like Braintree for payment security. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites or tools we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. International Users

We are based in the United States, and your information is processed there. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.

AI receptionist calls and Qatar

When we run an AI receptionist for one of our clients, we process information about the people who call that client: their phone number, the name and details they give, the reason for the call, and, where enabled, a recording and transcript of the call. We do this on our client's behalf, only to answer the call, book appointments and send our client a summary. Callers are told at the start of the call that they are speaking with an AI assistant and when calls are recorded.

This information is shared only with our client and with the telephony and AI providers we use to run the service. We keep it while our client uses the service and delete it within 90 days after the service ends, or sooner if our client asks.

Showing the right market

To show prices in US dollars or Qatari riyals, the site looks up your approximate country from your IP address the first time you visit, using the GeoJS service. Only the two-letter country code is kept, in your own browser, so the next visit doesn't need to look it up again. We don't store your IP address. Choosing US or Qatar at the top of the page always overrides it.

For people in Qatar, we handle personal data in line with Qatar's personal data privacy law (Law No. 13 of 2016). You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your data by emailing hello@oryxpeak.com.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes may be communicated through the Site or by email.
